$10 fee to replace a Card for any reason
Good everywhere Visa debit Cards are accepted throughout the word

$2.00 monthly administrative fee beginning with the 12th month after Card issuance
No fee to replace a lost or stolen card
Good where American Express^® is accepted in the US
