For questions regarding leasing, directions, store information, parking validations*, giftcard purchases or general comments or questions please visit our Mall Management Office located down the hallway near Best Buy Mobile, just before the public restrooms.
The Management Office is open:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
*Parking Validation is available to customers who present same-day receipts from any combination of Santa Rosa Plaza retailer valued at $100 or more. Outside of mall office hours, receive your validations at the parking kiosk, located on the lower level, near the A Street exit, between Sprint and Shiekh Shoes.
