Life Time and Citizens Coming Soon

Phipps Plaza

Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, announced the next phase of the Phipps Plaza transformation with the addition of Citizens food hall and Life Time Work, Life Time’s premier coworking space.

Citizens, a 24,000 sq. foot lifestyle food hall, will spearhead the evolution of the redeveloped Phipps Plaza by injecting new energy and culinary concepts into the destination’s iconic footprint on Peachtree Street. Anticipated to open by the end of 2022, Citizens is a collaboration between Simon and Sam Nazarian’s C3 (Creating Culinary Communities). The food hall is expected to feature a selection of C3’s most popular brands such as Umami Burger, Krispy Rice and Sam’s Crispy Chicken. Citizens will utilize C3’s signature ghost kitchen model to offer sit-down dining, pick-up and local meal delivery for the surrounding Buckhead community.

Guests can expect beautifully crafted cuisine whether they’re dining on site or ordering from one of our brands to-go.”

Life Time Work will occupy 25,000 sq. feet of elegantly designed private office and open-plan workspaces that promote a healthy lifestyle at work, resulting in members being more productive, engaged and fulfilled. Members will also have access to the previously announced 90,000 sq. foot Life Time athletic club, including the company’s first rooftop beach club in Atlanta, and all Life Time destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
