SMALL BATCH BY TOM COLICCHIO
Small Batch, the newest concept from Tom and his team, will have locality and seasonality at its core while featuring approachable, rustic American fare. The culinary and beverage teams will work closely with members of the Long Island community to celebrate the world class products coming from local farms, fisheries, vineyards and more throughout their offerings. The 180-seat restaurant will feature a laid-back, farmhouse inspired atmosphere with an open, interactive kitchen and wood-fired grill, allowing chefs to showcase their talent and bring back-of-house excitement to the dining room. Brunch, lunch and dinner will be served weekly.
