Daily specials will include homemade soups, grilled chicken and fish. Among the novel sandwich inventions is a nutritious no-mayo tuna salad on organic olive bread, an original twist on a most-requested item. And, most notably, Forty Carrots will offer the restaurant’s most iconic offering, frozen yogurt. A perfect place for both the ladies and gentlemen who lunch, Forty Carrots features “bunched lunches” which feature soup, half sandwiches or salads and freshly squeezed juices, but always ending with a frozen yogurt selection. Also available are the frozen yogurt smoothies, fresh squeezed juices, Tavalon teas, 100% Columbian Supremo coffee from Bloomingdale’s Private Brand, cappuccino and espresso, and wine and beer.
