Crepe Soleil is a European inspired Creperie, dedicated to serving our customers both traditional and innovative chef inspired dishes.
Savory crêpes using ingredients such as found in the coastal Mediterranean town markets. Sweet crêpes too. We offer both in gluten-free versions. You can also choose your own fillings; ask us to make something especially for you and we'll try our best. We try to stock special items our customers have requested and we're experimenting with new recipes all the time.
All coffees and teas are certified organic, shade grown and 100% Fair Trade, from family owned and operated roaster, Grounds for Change, in the Pacific Northwest. In our Confiture crêpes, we are proud to use all-natural jams and fruit spreads made locally by MoonShadows Farm in the Poconos; paired with whipped cream or sour cream YUM!
