AED (Automatic External Defibrillator)
Prairie Heart Institute has provided two AED machines for use within White Oaks Mall. One machine is located on the Upper Level, Macy wing, and the other is located on the Lower Level, underneath the Center Court escalator.
Baby Changing Station
Baby changing stations are available in the NEW Family Restroom located across from the Children's Play Area located on the lower level Sear's wing. Public restrooms are also located on the second level by the Food Court.<br> </br> Baby changing stations are also available in the Family, Men's and Women's Restrooms located behind the Food Court. Shopper's may also use the restroom stations located inside Bergner's, Macy's and Sear's.
Fax & Copies
Fax and copy service is available at the White Oaks Mall Management Office during regular business hours Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, for a nominal fee. <br /> The Mall office is located on the upper level behind the food court.

White Oaks Mall is open for mall walkers Monday-Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m. <br> </br> Each level is equal to 1/2 mile.
White Oaks Mall offers free parking to all of our customers. In addition, handicapped-accessible parking is available at all White Oaks Mall entrances.
Shopping bags are available at Simon Guest Services located on the Lower Level, next to Center Court. The cost for bags is $1 and the proceeds benefit the Simon Youth Foundation.

Books of stamps are available to purchase at Kirlin's Hallmark located on the Lower Level in the Macy wing. First class mail may also be dropped at Kirlin's Hallmark in store mailbox.
Kiddie Kruzzer strollers are available for a small rental fee. Strollers are located at the following mall entrances: Lower Level at the Hancock entrance and Lower Level at the ITT entrance.
The TDD Phone is located on the Upper Level adjacent to the Food Court.
Courtesy wheelchairs are available for use while visiting White Oaks Mall. Visit Simon Guest Services located next to Center Court on the Lower Level. For handicap assistance at our entrances, please call the Security Line at 217.787.8563.<br /> In order to utilize a wheelchair, a form of ID must be presented or an imprint of a credit card must be left with Simon Guest Services.

SYF Coin Wishing Wells

The SYF helps provide economical, educational and career development opportunities to local youth.
