Our Policy:
All youths under the age of 16 years old who are enjoying Town Center at Aurora after 5:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays must, at all times, be under the supervision and control of a parent or guardian who is more than 21 years old.
Our Reasons:
Town Center at Aurora is a fun place to shop, eat and spend time with friends & family! With that in mind, younger shoppers who lack adult supervision can somtimes lead to unacceptable behavior. That's why on Friday and Saturday nights we require everyone under the age of 16 years old to be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We believe such supervision will encouracge positive behavior and discourage any disruptive behavior that can sometimes occur. Best of all, the result has been an atmosphere that welcomes familes with children of all ages, which is comfortable and inviting for everyone!
The Details:
--All individuals who appear to be under tha age of 21 years old will be asked to show a government issued photo identification card at the entrances to Town Center at Aurora.
--To qualify as a parent or guardian, a person must be 21 years of age or older.
--A parent or guardian must demontrate control of the youth(s) he or she is accompanying.
--Individuals who cannot produce acceptable identification may not enter Town Center at Aurora during the times the Parental Escort Policy is in effect.
--Options are given to youths who cannot establish they are 16 years of age or older or who are not under the supervision and control of their parent or guardian.
