Employer: Simon Property Group: Town Center at Aurora Open Position: Guest Service Representative Job Description: Local Mall is seeking Part-Time Guest Service Representatives. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for product sales, responding to Guest inquiries, providing an exceptional level of service to Guests and Merchants, answering phones and supporting promotions and marketing events. Job Requirements: The successful applicant must have a strong selling background, general mathematical and effective communication skills, be computer literate and be able to multi-task. This position will be required to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to weekdays and holidays. Spanish bilingual a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age.
