Recently renovated, The Mall at Fox Run is a one level enclosed shopping center conveniently located just outside of Portsmouth in tax-free New Hampshire, one hour north of Boston, just 5 miles from Kittery, ME and minutes from the Seacoast beaches. The renovation, scheduled for completion spring 2014, features new and improved mall entrances, renovated restrooms, the addition of soft seating, upgrades to the exterior signage and landscaping and the installation of free WiFi.

The Mall at Fox Run is located at the intersection of Spaulding Turnpike (US-4 and NH-16) and Fox Run Rd (Exit 2), just off of I-95. We are approximately 55 miles north of Boston, 50 miles east of Manchester, NH and 55 miles south of Portland, ME. The Seacoast is accessible by buses, planes, trains, automobiles and boat.

  • Automobile - Interstate 95 and US Route 1 are an easy drive from the north and south. NH Route 101, a four-lane divided highway, provides access from the west.
  • Air - Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) is located about 50 miles west of Portsmouth and offers convenient and "hassle-free" service from major US cities. Boston's Logan Airport (BOS) is about an hour south of Portsmouth, providing service from major national and international cities. Portland’s International Jetport (PWM) is about an hour north.
  • Bus, Trolley, Limousine & Taxi - C&J offers regularly scheduled motorcoach service from Boston's Logan Airport and South Station to Portsmouth. Upon arrival at C&J's Portsmouth station, COAST trolley service is available to take visitors to downtown stops. Limousine and taxi services are also available.
  • Train - Amtrak services are available from Boston and Portland, ME to nearby Exeter, Dover and Durham, NH.
  • Boat - Marinas for docking your boat are available in Portsmouth, New Castle, Newington and Hampton, NH, as well as Kittery, ME.
