”A delight in every bite!” That was our goal when we dreamed up Apropo. From the beginning, our goal was to create a completely different attitude by opening a restaurant in a mall that would serve healthy food and was made with fresh local ingredients, prepared on the spot, was delicious, and wouldn’t break someone’s budget. All of our produce is delivered fresh each and every morning. We use the finest local fruits and vegetables to ensure that our food is not only big in portion size, but big in taste and freshness as well. We use only the finest meats and chicken for our crepes, sandwiches and salads. The sweet crepe choices include fillings    such as fruits, chocolate, dulce de leche, nutella, nuts and ice cream. The entrée crepes are loaded with the finest meat, chicken, vegetables, cheeses and specialty dressings. Our salads are loaded with the freshest local vegetables we can find. We offer freshly baked products and a variety of breakfast options to ensure that you are able to start every morning with a sense of satisfaction.
