Track Your Balance
Always keep your Simon Giftcard in the carrier you received it in. The carrier is a great way to keep track of your balance. You can also check your balance by:
* Logging on to http://www.simongiftcard.com/ (FREE)
* Calling the (800) phone number on the back of your giftcard. (FREE)
* Visiting Simon Guest Services at Paddock Mall or at any Simon Mall. (FREE)
Keep Your Gift Card
Always keep your Simon Giftcard, even after the balance is at zero. If you need to make a return, you will need the gift card to process the transaction.
Keep Your Receipt
Be sure to keep your Simon Giftcard receipt. The Simon American Express Giftcards can be replaced if they are lost or stolen. You will need the number for the gift card and the receipt to get a new one.
