All of our pizzas are baked in our authentic coal fired oven at 900 degrees for about three minutes, the way the first pizzas were made in old Napoli. We use only the finest & freshest ingredients, including only fresh "wet" mozzarella which the Italians call "fiore di latte" or "flower of the milk". Our sauce is made fresh daily from imported San Marzano tomatoes and an age-old recipe of extra virgin olive oil and Italian spices.
