We’re committed to continued education and training to make our stylists the best in the industry.   Professional Salon Products Keep your new look salon-fresh at home.  JCPenney Salon has all your favorite professional products, including Biolage, Paul Mitchell, Redken, CHI, and many more.   Hours Salons are open 7 days a week for your convenience, including nights. Appointments are recommended but not necessary.   Prebooking Appointments To ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment(s) prior to leaving the salon.    Check-in Our scheduling is designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to complete your services. Please help us by arriving 10 minutes early.   Cancellations Our services are reserved specifically for you.
