The Battle of AMFAR is a story about two very different women, a Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor and research scientist Dr. Mathilde Krim, who join forces to create America’s first AIDS Research Foundation. Directed by Oscar Winning Telling Pictures (Rob Epstein & Jeffrey Friedman), the film chronicles the organization’s history and continuing importance in the fight against HIV/AIDS, and premieres tonight at Tribeca Film Festival. bit.ly/YxyVRR
