Now Hiring for a Part-Time Guest Services Representative!
Purpose: This position is responsible for serving as a sales agent for the owner and an information/customer service source, providing miscellaneous service, as herein defined, to customers and tenants. The position is the front line position and Simon's only interaction with its customers; consequently, strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
Reports to: Guest Services Manager or Guest Services lead; Director of Marketing & Business Development or Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development or Area Director of Marketing.
Other Internal Contacts: Mall Manager, Field Property Management, Housekeeping, Securing, SBV Gift Card Department and IS Help Desk.
External Contacts: General Public, Tenants. Clients Sponsors

The Guest Services Representative position provides a strong experience to prepare for other jobs within the company, including but not limited to Guest Services Manager or other marketing or management positions.
