Yoga Synergy at Firewheel Town Center
Let KK (mom of 2 and 15+years of child care experience) take care of your little ones while you Shop, Dine, See a movie or come experience the joys of yoga and let your little yogis play in our playcare. We do fun crafts, sing songs, play games, walk to the train park and so much more! Our morning classes are ideal for moms with little ones to get your workout in before nap time or come to our evening classes to let you all whine down for the evening. Cant go wrong knowing your little ones are close by and in good, loving hands. Recommended for ages 4 years old and up all levels, but we're flexible! Healthy kids grow into healthy adults! This session is for 45 minutes for 6 weeks. Parents are welcome and highly encouraged to take this class with their child! When it comes to yoga poses, children are naturals! A formal yoga class can help them refine their innate physical abilities and hopefully turn into a positive, healthful, lifelong practice. In this class, we incorporate traditional yoga poses with a fun, kid-friendly twist. We also practice simple breathing exercises and guided imagery for deep relaxation which studies show can help ADHD kids.

7 enlightening Mother Daughter Yoga Workshops. Through Yoga, we are uncovering creative ways to nurture our daughters and lead with healthy examples as we navigate challenges presented with mothering a healthy young femail in our society. Join us as we move, breathe, laugh and play together in these special 2 hour workshops.
Join us every last Saturday from 3pm-5pm.
April 27th: Empowering Each Other- Imagine the Mother Daughter Connection Centered by Strength & Balance
May 25th: Unconditional Love and Compassion within the Mother Daughter Union- Imagine Be-ing Love
June 29th : Speaking with Truth- Imagine Speaking Without Limits in the Mother Daughter Relationship
September 28th: Mother Daughter Wisdom- Imagine Listening to Intuition and Truly Seeing Each Other as We Are
October 26th: Connecting to the Spiritual Nature of the Mother Daughter Bond- Imagine Divinity Within
This workshop is suggested for girls ages 7 – 15; however, only you know your daughter’s maturity level. If you feel that this is something you and your 8 or 16-17 year old need, please feel free to attend. We will discuss topics relating to puberty. We highly encourage adult Daughters and their Mother’s to attend!
