Menu Now Features New Burgers, Shakes and Regional Flavors
(March 28, 2014) — Since Chef and Restaurateur Bobby Flay opened the doors to the very first location of Bobby’s Burger Palace in 2008, BBP has become a popular dining destination for premium burgers, fries, and shakes. This month, BBP celebrates its expansion to ten states over the past six years with the launch of a revamped menu introducing four new signature burgers and 2 brand new milkshakes flavors.“The inspiration for BBP has always been to celebrate the diverse regional flavors of America, with the menu serving as a map of the different flavors around the country,” says Bobby Flay. “We recently opened our first location out west in Vegas, and with BBP locations now across the country, it was time for the menu to expand and recognize even more of America’s great regional flavors.”
The new burgers on the BBP menu include: the Vegas Burger made with White American cheese, Fresno red chiles and BBQ potato chips; the Carolina Burger with smoked American cheese, green onion slaw and mustard BBQ sauce; and the New Mexico Burger with queso sauce, roasted green chiles and pickled red onions. Also permanently added to the new menu by popular demand is the Brunch Burger with fried egg, smoked bacon, and American cheese, previously offered as a Burger of the Month special. The hallmark of BBP’s menu, however, will continue to be the Crunchburger® with double American cheese and potato chips.
The revamped menu continues to offer 10 milkshakes and maltedsflavors, featuring Mint Chocolate Chip and Mocha Caramel as new additions alongside staple flavors such as Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, Pistachio and Blueberry Pomegranate. Other new features of BBP’s menu are the “Half & Half,” which allows diners to order a sampling of any two sides of their choice, and a new Griddled Pimento Cheese and Bacon Sandwich.
