Coconut Point Mall is located in Estero, Florida between Naples and Fort Myers, just 15 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport and conveniently located off I-75 at exit 123 just south of Corkscrew Road on U.S. 41.

Downtown Ft. Myers, also referred to as the River District, is a hub for business, not only as the area's financial district but also a hotspot for restaurants, cafes and nightclubs. This area is also home to City Hall, Centennial Park, the Edison/Ford Winter Homes, the Southwest Florida Museum of History, the Imaginarium and the public library. The best way to reach the historic area of downtown Ft. Myers is to take I-75 at exit #141 and proceed west toward First Avenue.

From the Southwest Florida International Airport, turn left onto Ben Hill Griffin Parkway. Turn right onto Alico Rd. Merge onto I-75 South via the ramp to Naples. Take Exit 123 toward Estero and merge onto Corkscrew Road Take Corkscrew Road to Tamiami Trail/U.S. 41 and make a left. Coconut Point will be approximately 1.6 miles on the left hand side.
From Fort Myers, take U.S. 41 South to Coconut Point between Corkscrew Road and Coconut Road. (Approximately 20 miles) or take I-75 South to exit 123, Corkscrew Road. Head West. Turn South on U.S. 41. Go 1.6 miles South and Coconut Point will be on your left.
For people living in East Naples, take Livingston Road North. The road name changes to Imperial Parkway once you cross Bonita Beach Road. Continue heading North and turn left on Coconut Road. Turn left on Via Coconut Point Road (Old Sandy Lane) and turn left onto Coconut Point or U.S. 41 North to Coconut Point between Coconut Road and Corkscrew Road. (Approximately 15 miles)
Getting to other amazing destinations from Coconut Point is easy. The natural wonder of the Everglades www.nps.gov/ever is approximately 65 miles southeast. Catch an airboat ride, snap photos of the local wildlife or experience the culture of the Seminole Indians. The thrill and allure of Miami’s South Beach www.visitsouthbeachonline.com is approximately 145 miles away. From renowned beaches to amazing nightlife, South Beach is the jewel of South Florida.
