Hemingway's Island Grill is open daily at 11:00 for lunch & dinner with a Latin and Caribbean influence in an open-air lakefront setting. Customers can relax in oversized chairs while sitting under the stars, sipping a cool drink, over-looking the lake. Diners can peer into the open kitchen while the chefs prepare the finest foods of the islands from scratch.
