Blue Water Bistro casts a wide net to satisfy everyone’s appetite, serving a wide variety of dishes including char-grilled seafood and steaks, sushi, pasta, sandwiches and more. Signature menu items include the Crispy-Crunchy Crab Stuffed Grouper with pineapple sweet and sour sauce, fresh veggie stir fry and fried rice; the Chicken Danny with scallopini of chicken tossed with chevré cheese, roasted mushrooms, spinach, hearts of artichoke, sundried tomatoes, and fettucine in a basil-lemon sauce; and the Blackened Salmon with a bourbon brown sugar glaze served with butternut squash and a jalapeño-pecan butter sauce.
Blue Water Bistro, a 276-seat restaurant is Culinary Concepts’ second restaurant in Lee County and fifth overall. It is owned by Culinary Concepts who also owns Pazzo! Cucina Italiana and Yabba Island Grill in Naples, and Chops City Grill in Naples and Bonita Springs.
