We inherited a tradition of excellence that began in Milan (Italy) in 1926 with our founder Beatrice Ruggeri. Because of this, we highlight " A FAMILY TRADITION ", in our motto. The trattoria in which Beatrice was delighting her friends and guests, at present continues giving service to the public and has turned into one of the most famous restaurants of that country. Always excelling in extraordinary hospitality, generosity and quality that Beatrice inherited in to the place.
Bice's name comes from the affectionate nickname that
friends and relatives gave the founder. In 1987 her son Roberto, accompanied by his brother Remo, took the quality and hospitality of that trattoria to New York. There they opened the first one of numerous establishments in the American Union and with the years all around the world. The family tradition has continued and today the son of Roberto (Raffaele) has turned into the President of the company and the business has expanded towards South America, Europe and Asia. Taking always the values and culture that his grandmother was stamping to her business and that presently direct our company. A group of Mexican investors (Namnum-Aguirre) have developed a new concept: BICE GRAND CAFÉ- , a casual dinning concept, which offers the quality and service of Bice in a relaxed environment.
