In August 1996 DuClaw Brewing Company opened our doors for the first time to the public in Bel Air Maryland, and was touted by the local media as “Bel Air’s hippest establishment”. Bel Air is the first of the two locations and houses the brewing facility where Jim Wagner, Brewmaster for DuClaw works his magic. DuClaw signature house beers are always on tap, with names like Venom Pale Ale, Bad Moon Porter, Ravenwood, Kangaroo Love, Misfit Red and the one that constantly creates controversy, Bare Ass Blonde Ale. DuClaw also offers a wide selection of seasonal beers to tempt the palate anytime of the year.
In June 2001, DuClaw opened their doors for the second time in the new colossal shopping center Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover MD. This full service restaurant introduces a new entertainment technology to the restaurant business, the iPal. iPal (Interactive Personal Access Link) provides a variety of information and entertainment at the table, including beer descriptions, information on the brewing process and even Nick Jr. for the kids.
In December 2003, DuClaw headed south with it’s newest location at Bowie Town Center in Bowie MD. Serving the greater Baltimore – Washington area with it’s comfortable atmosphere and a 2 story outdoor Tower for those who love to drink beer in the outdoors. The newest addition to the DuClaw family is a must see.
DuClaw at Bowie Town Center is the company’s third location in the Baltimore-Washington area. All locations carry the same menu and handcrafted beers on tap.
