In 1762, John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, came up with an invention that changed dining forever. With a serving of roast beef placed between two slices of bread, the Earl created a complete meal he could eat with his hands. Brilliant! The Sandwich was born. We add fresh vegetables, gourmet condiments and generous slices of the finest cheeses. Every Sandwich is assembled on our own signature artisan bread, which bakes fresh with each Sandwich.
