Responsibilities include Gateway Shopping Center, Wolf Ranch Town Center and The Shops at Arbor Walk.
This Operations Supervisor will oversee the operations of three mall properties as to maintain, protect and enhance the owner’s real estate assets. This will be done at the least cost, in order to contribute to the maximization of the center’s profitability.
Duties:
Ensure the effective operation/administration and improvement of the physical appearance, functional capability and security of the centers.
Oversee the contractor’s bids and the contractor’s work, and performs various exterior maintenance functions. Participates in center planning and represents the owners with the tenants and the community.
Overnight travel is required.
Qualifications:
High School/GED Diploma
3-5 years general maintenance experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Supervisory aptitude
Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, landscape, and plumbing techniques
HVAC experience a plus
