The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Mall Manager in administering programs which will protect and enhance the Owner’s Real Estate assets while at the same time completing the requirements for the Ass't Mall Manager Training Program, however this is not an entry level position. Future relocation required.
Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, marketing, retail, or business administration
- three years of experience of property management, leasing, marketing, and/or retail management
- high degree of human relations skills
- the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- effective organization and integration skills.
