The primary focus of this position is on facilities operations, providing technical and operational advice to the Mall Manager while managing the day-to-day operations of the property.
Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in property management, business administration, engineering or related fields.
- high degree of management skills
- the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- HVAC experience
- effective organizational skills.
- strong financial skills
- proficient in use of computers.
