This position is responsible for the input and application of payments to the tenants’ accounts and reconciliation of the same. Process temporary tenant payments and Simon Brand Venture payments in two financial systems. Qualifications include: ability to type 40-45 wpm, use of 10-key calculator by touch, basic accounting skills, advanced data entry skills, math aptitude. Basic analytical and reconciliation skills. Strong communications skills. Experience in a fast paced environment with ability to work in a team environment. Prior data entry experience of about 1 – 2 years. Previous accounts receivable and or banking experience preferred.
