Sprint by iMobile // Full Time Sales Representative // Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
-Build and maintain an understanding of the stores products and price information to assist with customer purchases,
-Receive payment from customers, operates cash register and credit card machine and returns appropriate change as needed.
-Reconcile cash drawers accurately at end of each shift.
-Receive and examine deliveries for discrepancies or damages and resolves problems expeditiously.
-Stock inventory, prices according to guidelines as set forth by management and rotates stock within the store.
-Pay vendors for services rendered by preparing checks and signing invoices as required.
-Minimize customer complaints through effective customer service.
-Maintain a neat and orderly store at all times.
-Prepare product displays as requested.
-Report any theft or suspected theft by customers/ employees to management immediately.
-Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. // In store (ask for manager)
