This Administrative Assistant position works closely with and under the direction of the Office Administrator and Mall Manager. He/she is in good contact with mall personnel and tenants, vendor and the customers answering questions and responding to conflicts as required. The AA explains common area usage policies and procedures to interested parties and is in contact with Home Office personnel, vendors, or media representatives to give or receive information. Largely performs standard, routine administrative functions of a diversified nature. May perform other duties as assigned.
