Description

Responsible for implementing and managing our Local Leasing Program at Century III Mall and South Hills Village.

The individual will identify potential retail tenants and negotiate leases for those tenants. Types of locations to be leased will include kiosks, carts and inline retail spaces. Lease types will include both short-term and long-term leases. The typical Local Leasing Rep will be assigned two to three malls and will live in the area of those malls.  Some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of Leasing experience
• General shopping center management, leasing or retail experience is also helpful
• Working knowledge of leasing procedures required
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, selling and communication skills are essential
