- The first phase of this mixed-use, upscale project includes an upscale Main Street of shops anchored by Macy's and Neiman Marcus, and Borders Books. This projects boasts a choice of nine first class restaurants including national names like KonaGrill, McCormick and Schmicks, DiMaggio, CPK and The Daily Grill, and boutique owner/chef restaurants inclusive of North and Jasper's and a gourmet grocer with take-out catering, Oakville Grocers. There is a 90,000 SF Class Office Building and 390 residential units that opened as part of the project.
In the Summer of 2008, Flemings, Cru Wine Bar, a full service day spa and Splitsville, a high end, interactive bowling experience, will add to the entertainment options at The Domain. In Fall of 2008, 44,000 SF of new retail space will open at The Domain with an additional 26 residential units.
In Fall of 2009, The Westin Hotel at The Domain will open.
- Domain Phase II is scheduled to go under construction in the first quarter of 2008 and will open with 600,000 additional square feet of GLA in Fall of 2009. The shops will open onto a park-like setting anchored by Dillard, Dick's Sporting Goods and Village Road Show, a luxury movie theater. At least 3 additional first class restaurants along with smaller scale casual dining options will be included.
