- The first phase of this mixed-use, upscale project includes an upscale, mixed-use main street. The shops are anchored by Neiman Marcus, Macy's and Borders Books. This project boasts a choice of nine first class restaurants, including national names like Kona Grill, McCormick and Schmicks, DiMaggio, Flemings, CPK and The Daily Grill. In addition, Domain is home to boutique owner/chef restaurants of North and Jasper's.
Adding to the entertainment environment is the Cru Wine Bar, a full service day spa and Splitsville, a high end, interactive bowling experience.
Along main street, the retail is complimented by a 90,000 square foot class A office building and 416 residential apartment units.
- Domain Phase II has commenced construction with completion scheduled for February 2010. The second phase of the project will include a three-level Dillard's, a Village Road Show theatre that will be unique to central Texas and a Dick's Sporting Goods. Domain II will also include world-class dining with Maggiano's and BJ's Restaurant. The project will include another 411 residential units and 75,000 square feet of class A office space.
In 2010, The Westin Hotel will open, adding a four-star, full-service hotel with 340 guest rooms.
